PourAlerts

Terms of Service

Last updated: October 2026

PourAlerts ("the Service") sends summaries of publicly available liquor-license records, with links to the issuing agency, to paying subscribers and trial users. By subscribing you agree to these terms.

What we provide

A daily email digest (and optional Slack posts and CSV files) of new liquor-license filings in the jurisdictions you select. Records come from government sources (California ABC, New York SLA, Texas TABC, Oregon OLCC, Colorado DOR, Missouri ATC, City of Chicago). We normalize, deduplicate and classify them; we do not guarantee completeness, accuracy or timeliness, because the underlying agencies publish on their own schedules and occasionally with errors.

Acceptable use

Use the data to inform your own sales and marketing. Do not resell, republish or redistribute the digests or CSV files to third parties, and do not use the records to harass anyone or to contact individuals in violation of applicable law (including TCPA and CAN-SPAM). The records describe businesses; we do not provide personal phone numbers or email addresses.

Trials, billing, cancellation

Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. After the trial, you are billed monthly or annually in advance through our payment provider (Dodo Payments, merchant of record). You can cancel from your preferences page at any time; access continues to the end of the paid period. Refunds are described in our Refund Policy.

Availability and changes

We may change features, prices (with notice before your next renewal) or supported jurisdictions, and may suspend the Service if a source becomes unavailable. We will tell you by email if a jurisdiction you pay for is removed and prorate or refund as appropriate.

Liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for business decisions made on the basis of the data.
