Refund Policy

Every plan starts with a free 14-day trial, so you can see real digests for your area before paying anything. Cancel during the trial and you are never charged.

Monthly plans: if you are unhappy with your first paid month, email us within 7 days of the charge and we refund it in full. Later months are not refunded, but you can cancel any time and keep access to the end of the period.

Annual plans: full refund within 14 days of the charge. After that we refund the unused whole months, minus the months used at the monthly rate.

Service problems: if we fail to deliver digests for a jurisdiction you pay for during 5 or more business days in a month, we credit that month on request.

Refunds are issued through Dodo Payments to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days. Contact support@pouralerts.com.
